International conference at the University of Freiburg: A Playbook for Reinstating the Rule of Law
On 20-21 June 2024, an international conference entitled "A Playbook for Reinstating the Rule of Law" will take place at the University of Freiburg as part of the ConTrans Excellence Initiative.
The two-day conference is intended to shed light on possible transitions back to the rule of law in Poland from a comparative perspective. The guiding question will be how constitutionality can be restored in an effective way in the aftermath of the disentanglement of the constitutional order without disregarding the principle of the rule of law.
