OPEN HIRING PROCEDURE

Regarding one part-time position (0.50 workload) as an academic (assistant, assistant professor) at the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Science.

 

Requirements:

· Completed university master´s degree in law;

· Ongoing doctoral studies (PhD degree) are an advantage;

· Teaching or research activities in public law;

· Czech language proficiency at least at C1 level is a condition; proficiency in English language and another international language is an advantage;

· Experience in drafting grant projects, obtaining grant project (including international ones) funding and investigating such projects is an advantage;

· Publications in the given field, proven experience in publishing in journals indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases is a major advantage;

· Experience with teaching in English is a major advantage;

· Experience in creating teaching aids is a major advantage;

· Experience in teaching administrative law using innovative methods is a major advantage.

 

Expected commencement of employment: 1 May 2026

Fixed-term employment contract for the duration of maternity and parental leave cover.

Remuneration is governed by Internal Remuneration Regulations of Charles University.
