How is Belgian civil law evolving? A workshop with Professor Sébastien De Rey will explore the ongoing recodification of the Belgian Civil Code, its objectives, and selected areas of law, including the law of obligations, civil liability, and contracts. It will also provide an opportunity to compare Belgian and Czech approaches to civil law and engage in discussion.
