The international conference, attended by leading European experts, will focus on key issues related to current legal regulation of preventive restructurings. Speakers will focus, among other things, on the prerequisites for initiating and conducting preventive restructurings, cross-border aspects, the Moratorium, restructuring methods and restructuring plans, the position of creditors, the involvement of shareholders, and on the proposed directive harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law.
The conference will feature national reports on preventive restructuring in the Czech Republic, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain. Reports will be followed by a plenary sum-up discussion.
